1. Service provider

The General Terms and Conditions set out the manner in which the Online Shop service is provided. The service provider is Orgonitex - Simon Plesničar s.p., Orehovlje 9, 5291 Miren, tax no. 16184211 (hereinafter: Orgonitex).

All prices on www.orgonitexshop.com are in euros and include VAT.

These prices are valid at the time of ordering, but Orgonitex may change them at any time without prior notice to the user.

3. Orders

3.1 Ordering via the website

Choose your item(s) on the website and add the appropriate quantities to your trolley, then follow the instructions on www.orgonitexshop.com.

3.2 Ordering by phone

Call +386 30 613 023 and you will be contacted by Simon, who will be able to tell you what he wants and then advise you on what information you need and the rest of the details of your order. The call will be charged according to your operator's price list.

3.3 Ordering via Facebook

You can also place your order by sending a message to Simon Orgoni's Facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/simon.plesnicar), where we will discuss all the details of your purchase (quantity, price, payment method, invoice and delivery details).

4. Payment method

The customer can pay for their order by cash on delivery, by transfer to a TRR or by credit card.

In case of payment by TRR, we will send you the payment details to your email address and we will dispatch the order after payment has been received.

5. Delivery and delivery charges

The delivery services for Orgonitex are provided by Pošta Slovenije, but Orgonitex reserves the right to choose another service provider at any time. Delivery is possible within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

The delivery charge for purchases up to €49.99 is €3.00 and for purchases over €49.99 the delivery charge is free. The estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 working days.

6. Photos

All photographs on www.orgonitexshop.com are the property of Orgonitex and may not be used for any purpose without the prior permission of Orgonitex.

In addition, the product photos are symbolic and the actual product may vary slightly from the photo, as each mineral and stone is unique.

7. Right to a refund

The customer has the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason for the return. In case you wish to return the item, please send us a return form by email to info@orgonitexshop.com, which can be found HERE.

After sending the message, you have 14 days to return the item to Orgonitex, Ljubljanska cesta 45a, 1241 Kamnik, and the purchase price for the returned item will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The buyer always has the option to arrange for an exchange of the item (if it is in stock), but if the value of the item does not exceed 49,99€, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

If the customer receives a parcel that has been damaged during transport (the packaging has visible damage) or shows signs of opening, he/she must contact Post Slovenije or the delivery service that delivered the parcel to make a complaint.

10. Complaint

In case the product is damaged (unless it is damaged where there is visible damage to the packaging or there are visible signs of opening, in which case please contact the Post Office of Slovenia) or does not correspond to its characteristics, you can return it to us. In this case, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, otherwise we may refuse the return. Orgonitex does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, in accordance with the legal norms.

Orgonitex., as a provider of goods engaged in online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). These rules are based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
